The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of Philippine labor laws. On-site work in Dagupan is required, with exposure to recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation.
• Partner with managers and leadership on employee relations, performance management, attendance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Handle sensitive employee issues professionally, objectively, and confidentially.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and appropriate workplace practices.
• Support disciplinary and corrective action processes, ensuring documentation and procedures are handled appropriately.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
• Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Identify recurring employee or operational issues and recommend practical HR solutions.
• Work closely with leadership and operations to address people-related challenges and improve workplace effectiveness.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, policies, and process improvements.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, documentation, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage sensitive or difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with leadership and operational teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Dagupan.
• Relevant HR certification or professional qualification.

Strongly Preferred

• BPO, contact center, shared services, or other high-volume operational HR experience.
• Experience supporting a workforce with multiple shifts or changing operational requirements.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and operational managers.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and employee data management.
