Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Singapore seeks an HR Advisor to provide practical, responsive HR guidance to managers and employees across APAC. You will support the employee lifecycle and help managers navigate people policies, performance matters, organizational changes and day-to-day employee relations issues in a fair, consistent and commercially aware manner.

The role works closely with the Singapore HR Business Partners and regional centres of expertise.

Qualifications

• Practical HR advisory or generalist experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singaporeemployment legislation and practices.
• Ability to interpret policies and manage risk.
• Clear, well-written employee communications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees on HR policies and terms.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance, conduct and leave issues.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, promotions, transfers and exits.
• Support organizational change and employee consultations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for local recruitment and onboarding.
• Work with Reward and Payroll to implement changes accurately.
• Identify recurring themes and suggest improvements to guidance and tools.
• Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives across APAC.
• Use data to identify risks and inform HR Partners.
• Build relationships across APAC to ensure consistent experience.
