Qualifications

• Graduate degree in psychology, HRD, business management or similar.
• Minimum 3 years in labor and employee relations and HR management.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, compensation and wage structures, benefits administration, performance management, communication processes, employment law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
• Supervise attendance, timekeeping, and payroll preparation.
• Administer benefits, performance appraisals, and personnel records in compliance with regulations.
• Support management in employee relations cases—facilitating fair handling of disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives such as engagement programs, learning and development plans, and recognition activities.
• Ensure adherence to policies, code of conduct, and local labor laws.
• Update and communicate HR and administrative policies to employees clearly.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
• Oversee office operations, supplies management, facilities upkeep, and logistics-related needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and building management to maintain smooth daily operations.
