Job summary

GainStrong is seeking an HR Account Specialist for its Marikina operations. You will manage relationships with clients and employees, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring responsive HR support.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor's degree and show strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with knowledge of employment laws and HRIS systems. Prior staffing/recruitment experience is a plus. This on-site role is based at San Roque, Marikina City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
• Preferably with working experience in human resources management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a staffing or recruitment company is a plus.
