Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 6 months HR experience (operations or account management role).
• Excellent communication, client handling, multitasking, and problem-solving.
• Proactive, organized, service-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing.
• Manage and monitor employee timekeeping.
• Handle employee relations concerns, including grievances, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Assist with all internal and external HR inquiries or requests.
• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
• Assist with recruitment by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects.
• Support other assigned functions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
