Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in land development and housing projects, with strong AutoCAD and surveying skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• 2+ years in land development and housing projects.
• Knowledge in riprapping and slope stabilization works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic surveying equipment.
• Experience in material estimates, productivity analysis, and contractor billing evaluation.
• Strong background in road works, drainage, slope protection, utilities, and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction and ensure compliance with specs, codes and safety.
• Report progress, milestones and risks to project manager or head.
• Oversee and manage site activities per design and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress and issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of construction materials.
• Identify risks and implement preventive measures to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain project documentation: progress reports, site diaries, change orders and QC measures.
• Ensure all work follows approved designs, budget and schedule; support handover and property readiness.

• Responsible for Full-Time On-Site, Supervision, Technical execution, Quality Control, Safety and Coordination of Housing Projects.

• Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager or to immediate head.

• Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.

• Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.

• Ensures All work follows approved designs specification, Building Codes, Budget and Schedule, Supports Hand-over and property management Readiness
