RCD LAND, INC. is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee housing projects from on-site supervision to coordination with architects and subcontractors.
The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and adherence to project specs while tracking progress and budgets at the site in Bataan, Philippines. The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in land development and housing projects, with strong AutoCAD and surveying skills.
Responsible for Full-Time On-Site, Supervision, Technical execution, Quality Control, Safety and Coordination of Housing Projects.
Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager or to immediate head.
Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
Ensures All work follows approved designs specification, Building Codes, Budget and Schedule, Supports Hand-over and property management Readiness
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
2 years of experience in Land Development and Housing Projects
Knowledge in riprapping and slope stabilization works.
Proficient in AutoCAD and basic surveying equipment.
Experienced in material estimates, productivity analysis, and contractor billing evaluation.
Strong background in road works, drainage systems, slope protection, utilities, and amenities.
