Responsibilities

• Oversees all housekeeping operations: guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and laundry.
• Directs housekeeping and linen supervision in coordination with Branch Heads.
• Schedules and conducts routine inspections of guest rooms and areas to meet hotel standards.
• Conducts regular departmental meetings and monitors dress, hygiene, grooming, and appearance.
• Identifies training needs and coordinates with HR to implement training plans.
• Coordinates with Branch Managers to control inventories of equipment, linens, and uniforms.
• Ensures adherence to the FHG Vision and Mission.
