Marie France Group of Companies seeks a Housekeeping Team Lead to support the supervision of housekeeping across centers. You will monitor cleanliness, coordinate with Engineering, Center Managers, Head Therapists and the Housekeeping team to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising assignments, inspecting centers, managing supplies, coordinating equipment repairs, and ensuring adherence to regular punch lists and service quality for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with multiple departments to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to supervise teams and issue clear daily instructions.
• Attention to detail in routine inspections and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean and orderly room and facility conditions across centers.
• Oversee housekeeping activities, ensuring consistent procedures.
• Issue assignments and monitor task completion for housekeeping staff.
• Report and address housekeeping concerns, defects, or incidents promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of treatment rooms, reception, and stock areas.
• Monitor linen, supplies, furniture care, and center fixtures; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with engineers for repairs and submit work requests.
• Manage punch lists and ensure adherence on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Maintain client relations by delivering professional housekeeping service.
