Camaya Coast is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring top standards of cleanliness, order, and appearance.

You will lead housekeeping attendants, assign tasks, monitor inventories, train staff, and address guest requests promptly while upholding safety and hygiene procedures in a busy resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping attendants and public area cleaners.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Assign daily tasks and cleaning schedules to the housekeeping team.
• Ensure proper inventory and supply of cleaning materials, linens, and guest amenities.
• Train new housekeeping staff and conduct regular refresher training on cleaning standards and safety protocols.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the Engineering/Maintenance Department.
• Maintain accurate records of room status, staff attendance, and cleaning reports.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and occupational safety standards.
• Support management in planning staff schedules based on occupancy levels.
