Private Advertiser seeks an experienced housekeeping supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure client satisfaction across assigned sites. You will lead staff, schedule deployments, and monitor quality and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on supervision, site inspections, report preparation, and coordination with clients. Iloilo-based position with a focus on service excellence and adherence to cleaning protocols.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning operations.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in cleaning procedures, sanitation, and proper chemical handling - glass cleaning, pest control, et al.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and capable of preparing operational reports.
• Willing to conduct site visits and supervise personnel within Iloilo.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping personnel and ensure proper implementation of daily cleaning schedules and assignments.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with client standards.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance.
• Prepare manpower schedules, duty rosters, and daily deployment reports.
• Train and coach housekeeping personnel on proper cleaning procedures, safety, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory, usage, and proper maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients regarding service requirements, complaints, and operational concerns.
• Handle initial employee concerns and coordinate disciplinary matters with HR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and occupational safety standards.
• Submit regular operational reports and recommend improvements to housekeeping services.
