Job summary

Eaton in the Philippines is seeking a recruiter liaison to support North America hourly recruiters. You will screen candidates by phone, review resumes against basic qualifications, and source candidates to build a stronger pipeline for North America Hourly roles.

Your responsibilities include conducting screenings with a standard template, coordinating interviews, posting requisitions in SAP, and partnering with recruiters to source candidates via Monster, Jibe, LinkedIn, and other sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Monday – Friday.
• Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in volume hire or relevant BPO/Offshore recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder to be phone screened and dispositions those who do not meet basic requirements.
• Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire and ensures proper loading into recruiting system.
• Recommends top candidates and schedules interviews or recommends further review by recruiter/hiring team.
• Assists with formatting and posting new requisitions to SAP, ensuring quality guidelines are met.
• Partners with recruiters to source candidates through external resources (Monster, Jibe, LinkedIn, etc.).
