Job summary

Green Sun Hotel - Makati is seeking a Senior Sales Manager responsible for increasing hotel revenue by developing and managing sales strategies. You will lead the sales team, build relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities to grow the hotel’s market share.

This role collaborates with Marketing and Operations to deliver a seamless guest experience, reports to senior management, and focuses on achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and strong negotiation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the hotel industry.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning: Create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to reach their sales targets.
Revenue Management: Work with the Revenue Management team to set prices and manage inventory.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure a great guest experience.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to senior management.
