Caldwell Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Hotel Reservation Account in Quezon City, onsite. Salary is up to ₱26,000 per month and no experience is required.

You will assist customers with bookings, cancellations and modifications, check room availability and rates, and handle inquiries while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• No prior BPO or call center experience required.
