Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Reservation Specialist to handle guest inquiries, process bookings, and provide exceptional service while converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.

The role requires handling calls and emails, upselling services, and working with reservation systems and Microsoft Office. At least 6 months in hospitality or BPO is expected; HS graduates are welcome. Night shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications
