Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. is seeking a reservations professional to process room and restaurant bookings across multiple channels, including emails, calls, and central systems.

You will coordinate with sales offices, other hotel departments, and travel agents to optimize room availability and revenue. You will also manage cancellations, modifications, and pre-registration tasks while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of procedures, rates, packages, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Reservations or Call center roles within the hotel industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process room and restaurant reservations through emails, telephone, or central reservation systems.
• Handle room and restaurant reservations from sales offices, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
• Determine room rates based on hotel selling tactics and policies.
• Handle cancellations and modifications promptly and accurately.
• Track room availabilities and assist in developing room revenue and occupancy forecast.
• Prepare expected arrival list and assist in pre-registrations activities.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain daily correspondence.
• Maintain knowledge of reservation procedures and departmental standards.
• Coordinate wake up calls with relevant hotel departments.
• Familiarize with PABX and hotel systems/applications.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, F&B outlets, and events to guests.
• Possess knowledge of available room types, locations, layouts, rates, packages, and promotions.
