Job summary

Experience in hotel operations and content standards enabling revenue-driven ops.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound emails from hotels, colleagues, and partners; escalate as needed.
Research and resolve booking barriers on Web and IHG App channels.
Update hotel profiles and key personnel in IHG databases.
Support onboarding for hotel personnel, schedule calls, and track attendance.
Load action plans for hotel consultations and educational events.
Conduct outbound communications campaigns as required by the HOS&S Manager.
Design and deliver reports on Operations and Channel Distribution trends.
