Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret available information, visualize and articulate recommendations or solutions for both basic and complex problems.
• Self-starter with high drive for results, demonstrated foresight, problem solving and time management skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative in finding solutions for complicated cases and use own judgment in selecting the best option.
• Experience and knowledge of hotel operations and content standards to drive revenue.
• Clear, concise communication, adapting to user needs and handling emergencies with composure.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/clients.
• Knowledge of hotel systems and procedures; keep current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review inbound emails from IHG hotels, liaising with Operations Support Team to resolve inquiries.
• Research and resolve booking barriers on Web and IHG App related to content and payments.
• Update hotel profiles and key personnel in IHG and partner databases.
• Support onboarding program for hotel personnel covering Manager to Executive levels; set invites and monitor progress.
• Load action plans for hotel consultations and educational events; coordinate as needed.
• Conduct outbound communications campaigns to share important updates from the corporate office.
