DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking a Hotel Manager for Hotel101-Cebu. You will oversee daily hotel operations, lead department heads, and ensure service excellence while managing budgets and strategic initiatives.

You will drive profitability, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction through strong leadership, financial acumen, and proactive problem solving. This role requires a seasoned hotel professional with excellent communication and BI mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field, with relevant education.
• 2–4 years of experience in the same role or similar environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, OPERA System and related software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong leadership and ability to build teams.
• Analytical thinking and business mindset for BI insights.
• Solid operational knowledge and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall hotel operations and provides effective leadership.
• Holds regular briefings and collaborates with all department heads.
• Handles complaints and oversees service recovery procedures.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, policies, and service standards.
• Leads capital projects, customer service initiatives, and refurbishments.
• Interprets P&L and implements impactful strategies.
• Prepares and achieves annual operating, capital, and sales budgets.
• Manages profitability, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Delivers budget goals and sets short- and long-term strategies.
• Monitors monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, F&B, and Admin.
• Prepares monthly financial reports for GM, owners, and stakeholders.
• Plans revenues and costs for leadership review.
• Assists in procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Develops team careers and ensures succession planning.
• Responds to audits and drives continuous improvement.
• Engages with corporate clients and supports sales when needed.
