Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking a Rooms Controller for Hotel101-Cebu to manage guest room assignments and coordinate check-in processes. The role requires attention to guest requests, accurate communication with staff, and strict adherence to hotel policies and codes.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment on-site in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course.
• 1-2 years of hospitality experience.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible.
• Prepare group key packets.
• Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups.
• Review/Track/Accommodate requests for room/check-out changes when possible.
• Communicate status to appropriate staff.
• Confirm reservations and cancellations.
• Review out-of-order rooms daily.
• Ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions.
• Perform duplicate reservation checks; block rooms.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests are met to their satisfaction.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
• Follow all company policies; maintain appearance and confidentiality.
• Speak clearly and professionally; prepare written documents; answer phones with etiquette.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals.
