Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Supervise and coordinate all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance).
• Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety and operations.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses and overall financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulations.
• Lead department heads and conduct regular meetings.
