IT AVENUE GENERAL MERCHANDISE is seeking a hotel operations supervisor to oversee front office, housekeeping, guest services and daily hotel activities in the Philippines. Job description

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Diploma, vocational qualification, or relevant undergraduate studies combined with substantial hospitality management experience may be considered.

Relevant certifications or formal training in hotel operations, hospitality, customer service, or management are an advantage.

Experience

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in hotel, hospitality, accommodation, or related operations, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

Experience overseeing front office, housekeeping, guest services, and general hotel operations is highly preferred.

Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and operational reporting is an advantage.

Certifications

TESDA Front Office Services NC II and/or Housekeeping NC II is an advantage.

Hospitality, customer service, supervisory, safety, or basic first aid training is an advantage.
