Bellsoft Pacific is hiring Call Center Agents for onsite, full-time roles in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. We welcome applicants with or without BPO experience and offer day, mid, and night shifts, pioneer accounts, and a compelling benefits package including signing bonuses.

You will answer inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, maintain records, update data, and collaborate with other departments to resolve queries, following company scripts and guidelines.

Qualifications

• With or without BPO experience.
• Open for High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from customers or clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
• Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to market products or services.
• Providing excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Updating customer information in the database and ensuring its accuracy.
• Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues.
• Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company to handle calls effectively.
