Qualifications

• Good communication skills; English proficiency is a must; extra languages are a bonus.
• Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure during busy check-in windows.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and give the grand tour.
• Provide insider tips on social spots and must-do group activities.
• Encourage guests to join nightly bar events and morning tours.
• Handle bookings, payments and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Monitor lobby atmosphere and spark connections among guests.
