The role supports planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of hospitality renovation projects, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and adherence to budget and brand standards. You will collaborate with contractors, consultants, hotel operations, suppliers, and internal teams to minimize disruption to guests and operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant project or construction management experience.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, fit-out environments is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of hospitality renovation projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, hotel operations personnel, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in ensuring construction activities meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Verify drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies for compliance.
• Assist in RFIs, submittals, and design revisions with architects and engineers.
• Support reporting, logs, and documentation for turnover and audits.
• Contribute to cost control, variation orders, and progress tracking.
• Promote safety compliance through site inspections and audits.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
