Job summary

Our Clients in Manila is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations across hotel, residential rentals, and related property functions. The role demands hands-on leadership, ownership of OPEX, and the ability to scale systems and teams in a multi-portfolio setting.

You will partner with owners, drive service standards, develop KPIs, and build processes to improve productivity and profitability while preparing for broader P&L ownership and eventual General Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management or related field.
• 7+ years of hospitality/hotel/property operations experience.
• Experience leading multiple operational functions and supervisors/team leads.
• Strong understanding of OPEX budgeting, cost control and reporting.
• Experience managing third-party contractors and service providers.
• Hands-on, owner-led environment with accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: lead day-to-day operations across hotel, rentals and property operations.
• Financial & OPEX Management: own OPEX budget, monitor costs, ensure internal controls.
• Property & Facilities Management: oversee maintenance, safety, cleanliness and functionality.
• Hotel & Rental Operations: oversee hotel and long-term rental performance and renewals.
• People Leadership & Team Development: lead and develop team leads, set KPIs and accountability.
• SOPs, Controls & Process Improvement: develop and improve SOPs, workflows and dashboards.
• Progression Toward General Management: grow into broader commercial responsibilities and P&L ownership.
