Job summary

Sotogrande Hotel & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security. You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to brand standards while leading a diverse team.

We value a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related fields and 2–5+ years of supervisory experience. Proficiency with Ezee Absolute PMS and relocation willingness are desirable for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality management or related field.
• 2–5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS (Ezee Absolute) and standard office software.
• Willingness to relocate to other hotel properties.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security departments.
• Monitor revenue, prepare and control budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive work culture.
• Welcome guests, handle VIPs, and resolve escalated service complaints or recovery issues.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives, manage corporate bookings, and work to boost occupancy rates.
• Ensure the property complies with local licensing laws, health regulations, building security, and fire safety codes.

About the role

Sotogrande Hotel & Resorts is looking for a Hotel Manager to oversee the daily business and operational functions of a lodging facility, such as a hotel, resort, or inn. The primary goal is to ensure high guest satisfaction, maintain profitability, and enforce safety and brand standards.

Key responsibilities
