Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–5+ years supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (Ezee Absolute) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

About the role

Sotogrande Hotel & Resorts is looking for a Hotel Manager to oversee the daily business and operational functions of a lodging facility, such as a hotel, resort, or inn. The primary goal is to ensure high guest satisfaction, maintain profitability, and enforce safety and brand standards.

Key responsibilities
