Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking an HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in a hotel setting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM, psychology, business administration, or related field, with 1–2 years HR experience preferred.

Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll coordination is essential. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and HRIS, with strong English and Filipino communication skills, and a service-oriented hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, psychology, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience; fresh graduates with potential considered.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regs, and SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR memoranda, notices, incident reports, and disciplinary records.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS and electronic timekeeping advantageous.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication; handle confidential matters professionally.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; manage multiple HR tasks.
• Service-oriented with hospitality mindset; maintain hotel standards.
• Integrity and confidentiality of HR information.
• Willing to work six-day schedule and support HR events.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, orientations, training sessions, and HR events.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and payroll.
• Handle employee concerns professionally and with discretion.
• Ensure compliance with Labor Code and government contributions.
• Prepare HR documents and records as required.
