Job summary

Joy~Nostalg Group is seeking a Financial Reporting Officer to support end-to-end financial close for multiple entities within its hospitality and related businesses in Ortigas, Pasig.

The role involves IFRS/Philippine GAAP, GL entries, consolidations, and audit readiness, working in a shared services environment with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have 2–5 years' experience and a CPA is a strong plus; onsite work is required at Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a strong plus.
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting or GL.
• Experience in a shared services environment, preferably hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Philippine GAAP.
• Proficient in ERP systems (NOAH, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities for multiple entities.
• Record General Ledger entries and perform reconciliations in IFRS/Philippine GAAP.
• Prepare consolidated and entity financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal controls, audits, and remediation of deficiencies.
• Collaborate with hotel, property, leasing, and restaurant teams for reporting and data integrity.
