Job summary

Joy~Nostalg Group is seeking a Finance Management Officer in Pasig to oversee financial health and strategic planning of property development projects. You will lead treasury operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to maximize real estate value while maintaining compliance and cost efficiency.

As part of the finance team, you will collaborate with project development and operations heads, analyze funding needs, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely funding and accurate financial records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience in treasury operations and funds management is required.
• 3-5 years of working experience in real property or construction preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cash flow management and financial reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund management and allocation for projects.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports with forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor approved budgets against funding requirements.
• Recommend weekly supplier payments after FMG review.
• Analyze loan repayments, equity remittance, and shareholder profits.
• Track bank loans, interest, maturity, and principal payments.
• Collaborate with Project Development Teams and Operations Heads.
• Communicate with Central Treasury on funding matters.
• Handle additional tasks as directed by FMG Head.
