Job summary

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Technician for Parkford Suites Makati. This full-time role in Makati City involves maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to ensure guest and resident comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with low-level maintenance, reads technical manuals, and can work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma is required; technical certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance/Multi-Skilled Technician in hospitality or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; ability to read maintenance manuals/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the facility.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests/residents; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct daily inspections of common areas, guest rooms, and systems to identify problems.
• Repair/replace faulty equipment and components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations; report major issues to management.
