Job summary

Polystar General Services Inc. seeks an experienced Multi Skilled Technician (NC2) to join our maintenance team in Makati City. This full-time role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance to keep client facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has NC2 and at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance across trades, with solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• NC2 certification required and relevant skilled trade experience.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on maintenance across multiple trades.
• Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify root causes.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; safe operation focus.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks in facilities.
• Meticulous workmanship and accuracy in procedures.
• Clear communication with supervisors and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
• Commitment to safety regulations and practices.
• Experience with building automation or HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical).
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues before they become problems.
• Execute repairs using tools and diagnostic equipment with precision and safety.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain detailed records of work, parts, and time spent.
• Follow health and safety protocols on site.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for project completion.
