Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated F&B Executive to support conference room operations and hospitality services in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will coordinate catering, set up meetings, welcome guests, manage pantry supplies, and liaise with vendors. A diploma or higher and 2–3 years in hospitality or customer service are required; food hygiene certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma and above
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Customer Service
• Food Hygiene Certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Ensure all conference rooms and pantry areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Set up and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring all amenities, equipment, and supplies are fully stocked and ready for use.
• Arrange refreshments, beverages, and catering for meetings, corporate events, and functions.
• Welcome clients and visitors to meeting rooms while providing a professional hospitality experience.
• Monitor pantry inventory and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as required.
• Report and coordinate the repair of faulty equipment or facilities with the relevant departments.
• Liaise with vendors for catering services, pantry supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry areas, including washing up and completing daily closing duties.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests' enquiries, feedback, and requests to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of conference rooms and workplace hospitality services.
