Astoria Hotels and Resorts is seeking a hospitality-focused team member for our Astoria Plaza Pasig City location. Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, assisting at buffets, and delivering warm Filipino hospitality to guests throughout service periods.

You will maintain hygiene standards, support the kitchen with replenishment, and help reset the dining room for the next shift, all while following HACCP guidelines and safety rules.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or Senior High School (TVL Track - Home Economics) required.
• Barangay/City Health Certificate (Sanitary Permit) mandatory.
• Good command of Filipino and English; strong hospitality mindset.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and set up dining tables, side stations, condiment bars, and beverage stations before service hours.
• Ensure chinaware, flatware, glassware, and napkins are sanitized and arranged per hotel standards.
• Assemble buffet lines, place food tags, warming trays, serving utensils, and decor; maintain buffet temperature and freshness.
• Coordinate with kitchen to replenish pans, chafing dishes, and beverage dispensers quickly.
• Serve guests at action stations and assist with seating; address basic menu questions and dietary requests.
• Clear dishes and reset dining room between turns; uphold HACCP and local sanitation rules.
