Astoria Hotels and Resorts in Manila is seeking a reliable driver to transport products and materials, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate records. You will ensure safety protocols, manage routes, and keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

The role requires a Professional Driver's License, at least 3 years of driving experience, and the ability to work flexible full-time hours including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transporting company's products and materials to and from locations in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Store and organize products in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages to the inventory team.
• Assist in stock replenishment and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Support inventory counts and audits as required.
• Follow safety and quality protocols while handling and storing goods.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
• Provide accurate time records of the vehicle’s movements.
• Document and report vehicle incidents such as damages or accidents.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transporting company's various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Store and organize products in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages to the inventory team.
• Assist in stock replenishment, ensuring that shelves and storage areas are adequately stocked.
• Support inventory counts and audits as required.
• Follow safety and quality protocols while handling and storing goods.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
• Document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc.
• Perform other task/s from time to time
