The position oversees AR/AP, payroll accruals, forecasts, and budgeting. The candidate will lead a small team and coordinate audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as Accounting Manager is required.
• CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Under Finance Manager, ensure adherence to performance standards.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and prepare month-end reports.
• Review accuracy of journal entries and adjustments by Cost Controller.
• Monitor outstanding checks, payable reports, and open items weekly.
• Review AR aging and ensure 60+ day balances do not exceed 20%.
• Oversee daily cash counts and approve cash reports.
• Review payroll accruals and forecasts with HR for occupancy-driven changes.
• Prepare monthly revenue/expense forecasts and obtain approval from Financial Controller.
• Assist in annual hotel budgeting and GL uploads.
• Produce weekly cash flow and funding reports including AP, transfers, payroll, and disbursements.
• Comply with government reports and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage Accounting team.
