Filinvest Hospitality Corporation seeks a Finance Manager for Timberland Highlands Resort (San Mateo, Rizal). You will oversee balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and ensure accuracy of journal entries and adjustments.

Responsibilities include managing A/R aging with the Chief Accountant, overseeing cash flow, payroll forecasts, budget preparation, and regulatory reporting, while leading audits and supervising accounting staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of Finance Manager experience.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and prepare month-end reports.
• Review the accuracy and timeliness of journal entries and adjustments prepared by the Cost Controller.
• Review and follow up outstanding checks, goods received without invoices, outstanding payable reports, and all open items weekly.
• Review Accounts Receivable aging with the Chief Accountant and ensure that amounts over 60 days do not exceed 20%. Verify daily in-house guest balances for credit approvals.
• Ensure cash counts balance with bank balances; review and approve daily cash count reports.
• Review casual payroll analysis for accruals and payments.
• Review payroll forecasts with HR and update monthly based on occupancy and projections.
• Update monthly revenue and expense forecasts and secure approval from Financial Controller.
• Assist in preparing the annual hotel budget and upload to the general ledger.
• Prepare weekly cash flow and funding reports including payables, transfers, and payroll.
• Review and file government-related reports (CDC, BIR, SEC).
• Lead internal and external audit requirements.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the General Accountant, General Cashier, and Accounting Officer.
