Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Food and Beverage management.
• At least 5 years of experience working in a 4- to 5-star hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist and ensure that the food and beverage standard for the outlet is consistent and of high quality by working closely with the outlet chef.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager / Director in planning, preparing proposals, ideas and suggestions for promotional and marketing aspects to increase revenue and profit.
• Prepare and submit a comprehensive marketing plan for the outlet to achieve desired revenue.
• Control shift briefing to ensure proper communication flow among Outlet Supervisors, Captain Waiters and staff.
• Maintain professional relationships with regular guests and VIPs through warm, courteous service and recognition.
• Prepare monthly outlet reports and participate in monthly performance meetings to discuss business development and improvements.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints with quick, professional solutions.
• Plan for future staffing needs and recruit in line with company guidelines.
• Prepare detailed introduction programs for new staff and maintain up-to-date staff records.
• Coach, counsel and discipline staff, provide constructive feedback to enhance performance, and resolve disputes.
• Develop efficient work schedules in line with local labor codes and ensure punctual duty with proper uniform.
• Monitor and analyze variations from the budget; develop cost-control systems; review financial reports; strive to maximize revenue vs costs.
• Ensure HACCP guidelines are followed; be familiar with property safety, food safety, first aid and fire procedures; log security incidents.
• Participate in evacuation drills and uphold environmental practices; act as a role model aligned with company standards.
