Qualifications

• At least 10 years of related experience in a hospitality setting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing financial statements under Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Proven track record in P&L reviews, cost control, and financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations including accounting, payroll, income audit, credit, purchasing, and cost control.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
• Conduct monthly P&L reviews, cash flow analysis, and executive summaries for management and ownership.
• Ensure proper accounting of accruals, asset tagging, and reconciliations for all financial transactions.
• Lead budgeting processes across departments; provide variance analysis and revenue projections.
• Track weekly cash flow and ensure funding availability for operations.
• Implement strategic cost-control measures across F&B, Rooms, Spa, and other areas.
• Maintain robust internal controls and facilitate audits; mentor finance team.
• Establish SOPs and drive continuous improvement in finance operations.
