The role focuses on overseeing staff performance, ensuring top-quality healthcare delivery, and timely reporting to leadership. Candidate responsibilities include guiding clinic teams, managing expenses, maintaining equipment, and handling staff concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors HSC and RD staff.
• Ensures quality medical healthcare services are rendered to all members.
• Monitors and collates reports from all HSC and RD and submits to the immediate superior on time.
• Handles and decides on concerns raised by Clinic and RD staff, resolves promptly and takes appropriate action.
• Guides, coaches and motivates all clinic and referral desk staff.
• Monitors and evaluates clinic expenses and liquidation.
• Ensures clinic equipment are functioning properly and calibrated regularly.
• Ensures clinic facilities are well maintained; repairs are referred to the Senior Supervisor and Manager.
• Monitors and reports steerage.
• Performs other tasks as assigned from time to time.
