Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator in the Philippines to be the friendly voice homeowners hear when inquiring about products or tracking applications. You will conduct 300+ outbound calls daily, respond to inquiries, and educate clients on product offerings and pricing.

You will collaborate with the team to develop workflows and training materials, assist with onboarding, and maintain accurate records for dashboards and QA purposes, contributing to smooth operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Make 300+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and schedule calls with Account Management.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, chats, texts, and other customer inquiries.
• Educate homeowners about Point’s products, application processes, and pricing.
• Address questions, concerns, and feedback while providing updates on applications and underwriting.
• Collaborate with team members to create workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Help onboard new hires by supporting shadowing sessions as a point of contact.
• Maintain accurate records for team dashboards and QA auditing of calls.
