MicroSourcing is hiring an Account Coordinator for onsite work at 1880 Eastwood Libis, Quezon City, night shift. You'll conduct 300+ outbound calls daily, field inbound inquiries, and educate homeowners on the product and application process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Strong business-to-consumer written and communication skills
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Make 300+ outbound dials per day to warm and recent prospects
• Field inbound calls, chats, text, or other customer communications
• Educate customers on product, application process, and pricing
• Respond to questions, concerns, and feedback
• Provide application status updates and underwriting support as needed
• Distribute leads among Account Managers and manage workflows
• Assist with onboarding and training shadow sessions
