Job summary

delegatecx is seeking a Home-Based Recruiter to recruit, hire, and onboard event teams across active U.S. markets from a fully remote setup. You will manage candidate pipelines, source talent, and coordinate interviews to ensure every event starts on time with the right people in place.

Weekend restaffing and dispatch support are required, including real-time outreach to replacements and check-ins. Strong communication and high-volume recruiting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years in recruiting, staffing, dispatch, scheduling or event-related roles preferred; US experience advantageous.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard event team members across active US markets.
• Schedule and conduct video interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Maintain a dependable candidate pipeline and source via job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Provide weekend restaffing and dispatch support, and verify replacements meet location and schedule needs.
• Assist concierge team with event check-ins and ensure clock-ins are accurate.
• Document staffing changes and escalate unresolved staffing concerns when needed.

We are looking for a Home-Based Recruiter to join a nationwide U.S.-based staffing company that specializes in experiential marketing, brand activations, promotional events, and hospitality staffing. In this role, you will recruit, hire, and onboard reliable event team members across active U.S. markets. Because many events happen on weekends, you will also provide real-time restaffing and check-in support when team members cancel, call out, or become unreachable, making sure every event starts on time with the right people in place.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Organizational & Time Management - Effectively manages multiple candidate pipelines, interviews, and open shifts while meeting tight, event-driven deadlines.
• Attention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy in candidate records, onboarding forms, staffing changes, and shift documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Recruiting and Hiring

• Contacting candidates who have expressed interest in available opportunities
• Scheduling and conducting video interviews
• Evaluating candidates based on job requirements, availability, and market needs
• Maintaining a pipeline of dependable candidates in active markets
• Sourcing talent through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and nontraditional recruiting methods
• Following up promptly with candidates and guiding them through the hiring process
• Communicating job expectations, schedules, attire, pay rates, and other program details clearly

Onboarding

• Ensuring new hires complete all required forms and system registrations
• Helping new team members access and understand the staffing platform

Weekend Restaffing and Dispatch Support

• Monitoring weekend staffing needs and responding promptly to cancellations, callouts, and unreachable team members
• Contacting available team members through text, phone, email, or other approved channels
• Recruiting and confirming qualified replacements for open shifts
• Confirming that replacements understand the location, schedule, responsibilities, and arrival instructions
• Documenting staffing changes and communicating updates to the appropriate internal team members
• Escalating unresolved staffing concerns when additional support or approval is needed

Weekend Check-In Support

• Assisting the concierge team with scheduled event check-ins
• Contacting team members who have not confirmed arrival or cannot be reached
• Helping team members resolve basic platform access, scheduling, and clock-in issues
• Confirming that working team members are properly clocked in through the staffing platform
• Starting replacement outreach immediately when a team member is confirmed unavailable

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, dispatch, scheduling, or event-related roles preferred. High-volume or U.S. recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with staffing platforms, scheduling systems, or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is helpful.
• Familiarity with workforce/event staffing platforms such as NextCrew is an advantage.
• Experience using job boards, social media, and video interview tools for sourcing and screening.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and persistent, with the ability to work independently and know when to elevate.
• Comfortable conducting video interviews and speaking with candidates by phone
• Able to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to urgent staffing situations
• Able to make sound decisions within established procedures and know when to elevate an issue

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 47,000 - 51,000
