Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a Mid-Level Documenter to produce accurate, high-quality technical documentation under the guidance of the Design Excellence Coordinator. You will support multiple projects from project setup in Revit to final As-Built drawings, contributing with increasing independence.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field, is proficient in Autodesk Revit, and understands NCC and Australian Standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• Working knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction documentation workflows.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and direction from the Design Excellence Coordinator.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Set up projects in Revit and assist with construction documentation packages.
• Develop and update drawings through all project stages, including final As-Built documentation.
• Review and QA own work before submission for QA review.
• Revise drawings based on QA feedback and project requirements.
• Apply knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards to documentation.
• Communicate design intent clearly through detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with the Design Excellence Coordinator, Senior Documenters, BIM Managers, and project teams.
• Continuously improve documentation skills and proficiency in Revit.
