Job summary

REMOTE STAFF, INC. is seeking an Intermediate BIM / Revit Drafter to support Australian building projects from the Philippines.

This hands-on production role focuses on BIM and 3D modelling using Autodesk Revit, producing accurate documentation from drawings, and coordinating with the Australian drafting team. The successful candidate will work independently, ensure accuracy on first submission, and maintain consistency across multiple levels and projects.

Qualifications

Hands-on BIM and 3D modelling experience, preferably with Autodesk Revit.
Experience producing professional BIM documentation.
Australian BIM/Revit experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Develop and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Produce accurate drawings and documentation from architectural and engineering information.
Interpret project drawings and translate into BIM models.
Maintain project views, sheets, levels, drawing numbers, titles and documentation.
Coordinate with the senior BIM drafter and existing Australian drafting team.
Assist with 2D drafting and CAD documentation when required.
Provide additional BIM modelling support during high workload periods.
Maintain drawing quality across multi-level projects.
