This Mid-Level Documenter role offers a path to developing expertise under guidance while delivering accurate construction documentation.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in architectural or construction documentation, preferably in a mid-level role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• Working knowledge of Australian construction documentation standards, including NCC and Australian Standards, is preferred.

• Produce technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and direction from the Design Excellence Coordinator.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for multiple projects while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Set up projects in Revit and assist with the creation of construction documentation packages.

Job Summary

The Mid-Level Documenter is responsible for producing accurate, high-quality technical documentation under the direction of the Design Excellence Coordinator. This role supports the documentation of multiple projects and is expected to work with increasing independence while continuing to develop technical expertise under the guidance of a Senior Documenter or BIM Manager. The successful candidate will have a growing understanding of Australian construction standards, including the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, buildability principles, and effective detail communication through technical drawings. They will contribute throughout the entire documentation process—from project setup in Revit to the preparation of construction documentation and final As-Built drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in architectural or construction documentation, preferably in a mid-level role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• Working knowledge of Australian construction documentation standards, including the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards, is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction detailing, buildability, and documentation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm MNL time)
• Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection
• Must be wiling to work (Home-based)
