Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a seasoned Draftsperson to lead Revit documentation across project phases from its Eastwood, Quezon City offices. The role emphasizes autonomy, technical problem-solving, and QA-aligned drawings for Australian NCC/BCA contexts, with mentorship of junior staff.

You'll operate in a hybrid setup, collaborating across teams while coordinating consultants. A strong Revit background and 5-10+ years of experience are required, along with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years architectural or Revit drafting experience.
• Advanced Revit capability.
• Understanding of Australian NCC/BCA.
• Experience coordinating consultants and resolving site issues.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously lead the production of Revit documentation packages across phases.
• Resolve complex technical and detailing issues.
• Ensure drawings meet regulatory and QA requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Independently manage consultant coordination for documentation.
• Lead internal Revit standards and technical processes.
• Oversee construction documentation and site-related coordination.
