Job summary

You will lead full-cycle accounting, oversee audit coordination, and implement strong internal controls to safeguard funds. CPA is preferred and 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years accounting experience; 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in HOA, property management, real estate, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, GL, AP/AR, payroll, monthly statements.
• Lead annual operating budget and reserve planning.
• Manage dues collection and financial reporting to HOA board.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, DHSUD and local regulations; coordinate audits.
• Present financials at board meetings.
• Implement internal controls and vendor disbursement approvals.
