You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and cash flow management while guiding financial policy development to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong Excel skills. CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant finance/accounting field.
CPA preferred but not mandatory.
3–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
Experience with QuickBooks and QNE accounting systems preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and other financial software.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the Company.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of financial transactions and reports.
Monitor compliance with established accounting policies, financial controls, and procedures.
Review financial activities and identify potential risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Lead the preparation of the Company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against approved budgets and forecasts.
Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor funding requirements.
Analyze operating costs and identify major cost drivers.
Monitor profitability and suggest cost reduction measures.
Evaluate financial impact of operational decisions.
Prepare and present regular financial reports to the CEO.
Provide analysis of revenue, costs, gross profit, profitability, and cash flow.
Highlight variances, risks, and trends needing management attention.
Provide objective financial analysis to support management decisions.
Evaluate financial impact of proposed rates, projects, and arrangements.
Recommend actions related to pricing, cash flow, and controls.
Review quotation rates for services and assess profitability.
Develop and implement finance and accounting policies and internal controls.
Communicate and implement approved policies.
