Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati Office is seeking an Accounting Head to lead the Finance Department and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

You will facilitate the accounting process, oversee settlements and generate critical reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to support planning, decision-making, and service delivery to subscribers. Strong leadership and compliance with accounting standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the accounting process and to ensure the generation of meaningful and reliable information from accounting records as a basis for effective planning, decision-making and control.
• Oversee the settlement process and to ensure the generation of meaningful and reliable information from accounting records as a basis for effective delivery of services to Subscribers.
• Daily Reports
• Monthly Reports
• Quarterly Reports
• Annual Reports
• Managing and Overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Obtain, maintain and develop staff complement required by the management to achieve
